Guarantee Declaration for Mould Steels.
In the case of a complaint based on an original steel defect, we will
credit the machining costs as well as the material cost. The amount of the guarantee is
limited to ten times the material value up to a maximum of £40,000 or the actual
machining and material cost whichever is the lower. The guarantee is valid for up to 24
months after the date of delivery.
You are obliged to inform us immediately a steel defect appears and to stop
further work. We do not accept any liability for texturing defects, which are not related
to original steel defects.
