Autumn is exhibition time again and, despite sore feet
and aching ankles, the Carrs team enjoyed making new acquaintances and meeting many old
friends at Interplas ’99 at the NEC. We were also delighted to welcome
representatives from Edelstahl Buderus and Pechiney Rhenalu who were able to provide
answers to many technical questions on their products.
As well as exhibiting Carrs existing range of materials for
plastic mould tooling, Interplas provided the platform for the launch of "AL2000 Plus", an entirely new Aluminium mould
plate with properties in advance of any other material on the market (see article).
