In December, Carrs were delighted to welcome
Ernie Beutel from International Mold Steels Inc in the USA. During his visit, Ernie
presented both customers and Carrs staff with technical details of some of the most
advanced tool steels in the world and how these are applied in improving quality,
productivity and, most importantly, the bottom line.
Also during his first visit to the UK, Ernie was able to enjoy a Christmas
performance of Handel’s Messiah in Worcester Cathedral and see something of rural
