Tool steel forgings
We have a comprehensive stock of hot work, cold work and plastic mould steel billet from
which forgings can be produced in rings, shafts, blanks and blocks. In many cases, the
forging process will result in tooling with superior qualities to those achievable from
standard bar.
Finished tooling
Production ready tooling can be provided for a wide range of industries as well as
specialist OEM components.
Tool repair
Our partnership with Eutectic Castolin enables us to provide sound advice and repair
services for damaged tooling saving time and avoiding lost production.
Premachined bolsters & holders
Fully prepared on all faces and complete with lifting eyes where necessary. Special
stainless qualities are available for the food, medical and plastic moulding sectors.
Speciality castings
Special castings in wear and corrosion resistant qualities for a diverse range of
industries.
Hard and special facings
Special surfaces can be provided using a variety of processes. These range from very thin
friction reducing surfaces to thick wear resistant finishes.
