The Company will seek to introduce new services, products and technologies that will enable its customers to make continuing productivity improvements.
Quality objectives and standards are recommended by the Quality Committee and approved by The Board. Progress against these standards is reported to The Board regularly.
Specific, measurable performance indicators that are subject to continual review include:
- On time delivery performance.
- Customer satisfaction – evidenced both by account statistics, low and reducing incidences of customer complaint and successful product application case studies.
- Key management statistics for internal operations.
To demonstrate, to both customers and staff, the Company’s commitment to quality, it is the policy of Carrs Tool Steels Limited to achieve and maintain registration as a company of assessed quality capability under the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 covering the Stockholding of Tool Steels and Aluminium alloys for tooling. Control of the sub-contracted manufacture of tool steel, finished tooling and the provision of heat treatment services. The Quality Policy of Carrs Tool Steels Limited is implemented through the operation of the Quality Management System. The requirements of the System are binding on all Company personnel and no unauthorised alterations or deviations are permitted.
